Support details

Just to remind you about our support:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays we are available to help… give us a call and we’ll sort out any LibCode hiccups and point you in the right direction for instrucitons and just plain old good ideas (It’s not that we are not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we just need to get software updates done!)
  • We’re also available to bounce around ideas about showing teachers how to save time with planning… and get you past the sticky bits that make you nervous or get you stuck
  • We have a dedicated support email address that we access and follow up every working day of the year –>
  • We’d like to get to know you: We’ve got a small crew here and we’re all working on being experts in our own areas… chances are you’ll talk to the same person. Let’s chat so we get to know you and you get to know us
  • Remember to check out the Online Manual – Go into Help / Online Help in ANY module
  • LCTutor is finally available. 4+ hours (so far) of recorded on screen talking demos that take 1 – 10 minutes to watch… onscreen training for WHAT you need, WHEN you need it
